Pre-requisites
After doing our research into the Problem Space (mainly through stakeholder interviews), it is now time to understand the dependencies and sequence between our insights even better. Enter the User Journey.
The user journey helps us map how the user currently goes about achieving their JTBD, broken down into steps. We can then use the insights from our discovery interviews to map their problems at every step, which alternatives they have tried, which tools they work with, and which channels they use.
The result will be a neat overview of our insights and the dependencies between them, and a good starting point for defining a completely new solution.
