September 25, 2025 · 17:00–20:00 · Lepaya HQ, Amsterdam East
The summer break is over, and it was time to reconnect. On Thursday evening, September 25, HR, L&D, and Ops leaders from across industries came together at Lepaya HQ in Amsterdam for The September Reset.
No panels, no long slides, just an evening of honest dialogue, fresh thinking, and new connections. And also the networking after it helped too.
The evening opened with a welcome from Lepaya × Everday, followed by a keynote from René Janssen (CEO, Lepaya), who reminded us:
“Resilience is no longer about withstanding economic shock. In this era, it’s about combining the best of artificial and human intelligence to create new opportunities for people and economic growth.”

The takeaway: skills are the new currency, but they only unlock budgets when tied directly to business outcomes.

The consensus: AI raises the floor, but human skills raise the ceiling. Mapping both technical and human capabilities is key to scaling adoption.
